The following posting is for coaching positions that are open and available for the 2026-27 Fall sports seasons. Please contact Daryl Besant at the High Athletic Office, Ext. 2313/2260, if you have any questions or concerns before applying for the positions.

Please Note: All non-LSCTA members must re-apply annually for coaching positions.
 
Please upload a letter of interest and specify the coaching position and sport for which you are applying.

Cross Country Assistant Coach

Application deadline:  Monday, June 22, 2026 by 3:00 p.m. 
 
 
Coaching Licenses for Non-Teacher Coaches:
All non-teacher coaches must apply for a Temporary Coaching License through the TEACH Online Services and complete the following requirements:
  • Maintain a current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
  • Complete the three required workshops:
    • Child Abuse Identification and Reporting
    • School Violence Prevention and Intervention
    • Dignity for All Students Act (DASA)
  • Obtain fingerprint clearance.
  • Complete the CDC “Heads Up” Concussion Training.
